In order to ensure the smooth implementation of various tasks in the new semester, strengthen the construction of the student cadre team, enhance the quality and ability of student cadres, and give full play to the exemplary and leading role of student cadres, the School of Electrical Engineering held a new semester student cadre training meeting on the morning of September 3 in Building 203 of Zhihui Building. This meeting was co chaired by Lu Rongshuang, Director of the Research and Engineering Office of the college, and Li Xinyan, a graduate counselor. Student cadres from grades 21 and 22 participated.
At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the research association, Lei Hui, and class leaders shared their experiences and lessons learned from the past year's work. They shared their insights from organizing activities, student management, and information statistics, and pointed out their areas for improvement. They learned from each other, grew together, and provided guidance and ideas for future work.
Subsequently, Teacher Lu and Teacher Li fully affirmed the efforts and efforts of all student cadres, and emphasized that student cadres should continue to work hard, continue to leverage the backbone strength of student cadres, lead by example, and never forget their original intentions. Regarding the project activities for the new semester, Teacher Li has made relevant arrangements to ensure the smooth progress of the work. Teacher Lu delivered a speech on the thesis, graduation, and employment issues of 21st grade graduate students, guiding them to optimize their career choices and promote high-quality employment. Finally, in the face of the 2023 graduate enrollment work, Teacher Li has formulated a detailed work plan and carefully planned various preparations for the enrollment. At the same time, special training was conducted for student cadres participating in the welcome work, clarifying their division of labor and responsibilities, emphasizing the precautions for each stage of new student registration, and ensuring that the new student registration work is done well with warm and enthusiastic service.
Through this training session, student cadres have gained a further understanding of the organization's work goals and requirements, improved their knowledge level and work skills, clarified new work priorities and target directions, strengthened the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team, and laid a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of various tasks in the college this semester.
