On September 8th, the School of Electrical Engineering held a new student enrollment registration work at the Sanjiang Campus. The graduate counselor of the college, Ms. Li Xinyan, provided guidance to the volunteers and set up volunteer positions in Zhihui Building 203 and student dormitories, warmly welcoming the arrival of new students.

Volunteers arrive early at their respective positions, prepare well, and provide the most thoughtful service to the new students. The registration process mainly includes filling out the qualification review form, collecting materials, and promoting the research conference. Volunteers patiently guide new students to fill out the qualification review form, carefully collect various materials submitted by new students, carefully verify the accuracy and completeness of new student material information, and the entire process proceeds in an orderly manner.

In the final stage of registration work - research association promotion, the college specially organized a QR code lottery activity to welcome new students, bringing surprises and fun to them. New students only need to scan a QR code to have the opportunity to receive various exquisite prizes. These prizes include both practical learning materials and small gifts for leisure and entertainment. I hope that through the lottery activity, we can mobilize the enthusiasm of new students to participate in the research association activities and promote communication and exchange among classmates.

The smooth progress of the welcome work for the 2023 graduate students in the School of Electrical Engineering has opened up a wonderful journey for them to pursue graduate studies.
